Perfluorinated Sulfonic Acid Ion-Exchange Membrane For Electrolysis

The ion exchange membrane for electrolysis is produced by the unique tape casting process with appropriate molecular weight and ion exchange capacity of perfluorosulfonic acid resin to form homogeneous membrane with uniform thickness,the Ion-Exchange Membrane has the characteristics of high tensile strength, isotropic, high electrical conductivity, good chemical properties, and so on.

The Principle of electrolysis water

electrolysis water to produce hydrogen Water reacts at the anode to form oxygen and positively charged hydrogen ions (protons).
The electrons flow through an external circuit and the hydrogen ions selectively move across the PEM to the cathode.
At the cathode, hydrogen ions combine with electrons from the external circuit to form hydrogen gas.
Anode Reaction: 2H2O → O2 + 4H+ + 4e- C
athode Reaction: 4H+ + 4e- → 2H2
