Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membrane for  Electrolysis

The Ion-Exchange Membrane SY-14P series are widely used in chlor-alkali industries, electro-dialysis, recovery of copper from etching solutions, synthesis for gold potassium cyanide , chlorine dioxide, and electrochemical reaction for amino acid. The membrane performs as a conducting separator and solid electrolyte in a variety of electrochemical cells which require the membrane to selectively transport cations across the cell junction.
The Chlor-alkali Membrane SY-14P series are reinforced membranes based on chemically stable perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) copolymer. Incorporation of the PTFE mesh reinforcement improves the mechanical property of the composite membrane and allows the membrane to restrict its swelling. The membranes show significant improvements in features such as better resistance to chemical attack and longer operating durability under electrolyzing cell conditions.

Applications:

SY-14Pmembrane is produced with PTFE material, suitable for production of caustic soda NaOH, potassium hydroxide KOH, sodium hypochlorite and other caustic. The Ion-Exchange Membrane SY-14P is fluorine ion exchange membrane reinforeced by PTFE tetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane which improves the stability and strength of the ion exchange membrane size.
Our Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membrane SY-14P is particularly suitable for use as a solid electrolyte membrane in Ion Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells, water electrolyzers,vanadium cells, electrolytic cells, electrodialysis, electrochemical sensors, and so on.

Our Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membrane has sheet and continuous roll:
Sheet material standard size:600mm*600mm;800mm*800mm;1000mm*1000mm
Continuous Roll: 800mm width and 680mm with continuous roll
We can also provide special customized size according to your requirement.
Standard packing is packaging the PIEM in plastic drum or bucket.
